Job Description Summary
The Writer will work closely with senior leadership and Wharton Marketing and Communications to communicate the overall strategic mission of Wharton Coalition for Equity and Opportunity (CEO).

Job Description

The Writer will execute a plan to create and distribute digestible DEI content from faculty research targeted at industry, students, alumni, and business professionals through Wharton's channels and external media outlets.
Responsibilities include:
  • In partnership with senior leadership and Wharton MarComm, communicate the overall mission of Wharton CEO to external audiences
  • Create digital content assets that elevate the reach and impact of Wharton CEO's research and insights, advance marketing efforts and align with, promote and strengthen the Brand of the Wharton School. These assets include stories, blogs, graphics, web site content, landing pages, social, email, video, print, and other materials.
  • Implement Wharton CEO's content strategy and editorial and content standards which are based on industry best practices and Brand guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Wharton MarComm and marketing and communication staff in various units across the University and School and share best practices in DEI content creation.
