Job Description Summary
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing and Communications within the Institutional Advancement team, the Marketing Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of Penn Nursing's marketing strategy for program enrollment and other marketing initiatives, as well management and oversight of the school's website. This role will work closely with colleagues in the Office of Academic Affairs at Penn Nursing to achieve enrollment marketing goals, and Penn's Online Learning Initiative for market research to inform audience and key messaging development, as well as program feasibility.

Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications, the Marketing Manager is responsible for the development, deployment, and management of marketing campaigns and corresponding web pages for Penn Nursing's academic programs. The Manager will work with numerous colleagues and units and must be excellent at cross-functional collaboration, project management, and verbal and written communication. Responsibilities include deployment and oversight of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and channels, email campaigns through Slate CRM and an email marketing platform, campaign performance reporting, email and landing page templates, and A/B testing. The person in this role will be responsible for working with a creative team on the development of engaging and effective ads, collateral, and communications. Website responsibilities will include oversite of academic program web pages, optimizing web pages for conversion, use of Google Tag Manager, data analysis through Google Analytics and Google Data Studio, and A/B testing for continual improvement. The Manager will liaise with colleagues in the Office of Academic Affairs for enrollment marketing campaign planning and development, and with Penn's Online Learning Initiative for market research to determine audience and key messaging development, as well as program feasibility.

QUALIFICATIONS: (Qualifications should clearly indicate those that are required and those that are preferred.)

Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years previous marketing campaign experience, preferably at an agency or in higher education. Must possess the ability to initiate and implement projects with deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team. High skill level and experience with SEO/SEM, website funnel design, Slate or other CRM, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Data Studio desired. Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships. Creative thinker and team player, possessing integrity, discretion, and excellent judgment. Brings a positive attitude and willingness to help other team members.

Targeted Pay Range: $52,000 - $70,000

This Targeted Pay Range is only applicable to this job posting. All salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, as well as internal and market factors and grade profile.
