The Integrated Studies Program at Penn invites applications for two full-time one-year lectureships in the humanities for academic year 2022-23, with the possibility of renewal based on a review and approval of the Dean. Successful applicants will join a team teaching an innovative freshman-year curriculum across the liberal arts. Lecturers from the humanities, sciences, and social sciences will be expected to collaborate on all aspects of the delivery of the course, and influence its design and direction. They will facilitate seminar sections, grade assignments, and be expected to contribute to the overall intellectual life of the program. The position is eligible for University benefits. Review of applications will begin March 1 and will continue until the position is filled.
