Job Description Summary
Reporting to the Associate Director of Undergraduate Leadership Development at Wharton, the Program Coordinator performs complex and confidential administrative and coordination functions for the McNulty Leadership Program.

Job Description
McNulty Leadership Program provides co-curricular programming forWharton undergraduates that compliments The Leadership Journey, anintegrated curriculum that all Wharton undergraduates experience fromfreshman year through senior year. McNulty Leadership Program providesthe support in the gateway course, Wharton 101: Business and You. Thisincludes the management, recruitment, and development of the WH101 TAcommunity, who serve as mentors and team process consultants for thestudents within the course. In addition to Wharton 101, the McNultyLeadership Program provides co-curricular experiences outside of theclassroom. These programs and student opportunities are designed toenhance student learnings and make transferable connections back into theclassroom.The Program Coordinator will support the Associate Director ofUndergraduate Leadership Development to ensure that operations flowsmoothly, including the management of the logistics for program planning,supporting in program delivery, and providing foundational administrativesupport for the undergraduate co-curricular programming and functionswithin Wharton 101.Primary responsibilities include the following:

  • Management of the logistics and operations needed in support of the

co-curricular programming. This includes scheduling rooms andcatering, expense and budget tracking, registration management,vendor relations, ordering and management of materials, and data andsurvey management.
  • Logistical and operational support of the Wharton 101 TA community.

This includes scheduling rooms and catering, expense and budgettracking, recruitment support, vendor management, ordering andmanagements of materials, data and survey management, andtimesheet management.
  • Administrative support of the Wharton 101 course. This includes

creating and management of materials needed in the delivery of thecourse, scheduling, vendor management, and expense and budget.
  • Additional administrative support for the expanding and dynamic

programming in the McNulty Leadership Program for undergraduates.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years related experience, preferably in auniversity setting, or equivalent combination of education and experience,required. Must have experience and interest in project management oradministrative support. Must possess skill in Microsoft Office softwareapplications: Word, Power Point, Excel. Knowledge of basic accounting isrequired. Must possess excellent business writing, editing, and proofreadingskills as well as strong interpersonal skills. Preferred experience with onlinesurvey instruments, such as Qualtrics or Survey Monkey - Comfort with, ifnot passion for, data and spreadsheets will serve a candidate well in thisrole.
