The typical teaching load is two courses per semester at the undergraduate or graduate level for the first two years. Summer support for research is provided for the first two years as well. The candidate will be expected to participate in service to the School, University, and the Community.

Documented successful college-level teaching is required. The successful candidate is required to have a PhD (or its equivalent) from an AACSB-accredited program, demonstrate evidence of quality teaching, and demonstrate ability to engage in quality research. Professional certification and relevant professional experience are a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
