Boston College is seeking candidates for the Director of Financial Aid opportunity to implement the University’s financial strategies and lead the daily operations of Financial Aid within the Office of Student Services.

The Opportunity and Candidate Profile

Reporting directly to the Vice Provost for Enrollment Management and the Director of Student Financial Strategies, the Director of Financial Aid (Director) will lead a service-oriented team of 17 professionals who partner with offices across the University including Undergraduate Admission, Athletics, Student Affairs, Student Services, and the Office of Mission and Ministry.

The Director will oversee the financial aid program for undergraduate, graduate and professional programs, align the Office of Student Services’ objectives with the strategic directions of the institution, and represent Boston College at state, regional, and national conferences and to other external agencies and groups.

 

The successful candidate will be innovative and collaborative with excellent leadership and team-building skills. They will have demonstrated success and relevant experience in higher education.
