Professor - Engineering Technologies

Engineering Technology Program: Department of Engineering Technologies. Bowling Green State University. Full-time, tenured position at the rank of Full Professor in Engineering Technology/Mechatronics Programs, Department of Engineering Technologies. Preferred starting date is August 2019.

Primary Responsibilities: Teach and develop undergraduate and graduate level courses in mechanical design, advanced manufacturing, and general engineering technology. Conduct research that leads to peer-reviewed publications in advanced mechanical design or advanced manufacturing; actively seek external research support as appropriate. Provide appropriate service to the department, college, university, and the profession. Minimum Qualifications: A doctoral degree in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, robotics, or very closely related discipline is required. Area of expertise: Advanced manufacturing such as additive manufacturing, modeling & design, IIOT in manufacturing or related areas. Application deadline: October 30, 2018.
