As the admission records specialist, you will code undergraduate and the Rising Star program admission acceptances and scholarship amounts in the database.Your responsibilities will include preparing and mailing award letters and certificates, printing and reviewing acceptance/scholarship letters for content and accuracy, editing when necessary, and periodically assisting with electronically indexing scholarship letters into each recipient’s file for university access.In this position you will be expected to assist with logging enrollment fees for new incoming students, processing alumni enrollment fee waivers, processing any changes made to student's application information, and researching and resolving database reporting queries/audits.Throughout peak periods of admission events, you will be asked to assist with mail merging and editing documents as well as participating in special events or evening/weekend work.

Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.

- Strong in problem solving, organizational, and computer skills
