You will enter transfer credits into Banner, produce and send transfer evaluations to students with letters of explanation, and meet with individual students to discuss the evaluation and other transfer credit related issues such as first quarter registration.

You will register non-degree seeking, transient, transfer, certificate and joint-enrolled students; recommend the appropriate additional courses for incoming students; organize transfer evaluations and portfolios for review of studio credit; and review courses for current students for transient approval. You will evaluate catalogs from other colleges and recommend appropriate courses for educators who request advisement regarding the transfer of credit, communicate with students regarding catalog evaluations, and occasionally travel for recruitment and admission purposes to meet students and their families. Among other duties, you will also participate in phone-a-thons, Live Agent shifts, and online chat sessions to reach students at various points throughout the admission cycle.
