As the employee development coach, you will offer in-person and online courses/workshops, provide one-on-one and small group coaching sessions, and develop presentation and workshop materials that supplement all employee development offerings. Offerings should include leadership playbook courses, C to C mentoring programs, SCAD Start employee orientation, assessments, annual meetings and retreat planning, and ad hoc development requests. Responsibilities include providing professional and leadership coaching to staff and university leaders and serving as a collaborative member of a dynamic team that contributes to the achievement of the SCAD mission by developing and retaining SCAD's key talent. Ideally, you should have excellent communication skills with an emphasis on leadership development and employee growth and productivity.

Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with preference in communication or a related field with experience working within an innovative and fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in public speaking and professional presentation software with ability to independently prioritize and manage projects efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and exceptional work ethic to
meet expectations and deadlines. - Ability to cultivate positive working relationships with internal and external
constituents with significant experience in learning, development, training, and one-on-one coaching - Experience communicating with diverse audiences and a dedication to personal and professional integrity
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Keynote or PowerPoint
- Experience in a university community
