As the admission operations manager, you will play an integral role in the creation and execution of daily on-campus events to create experiences for undergraduate and graduate prospective and applied students with primary emphasis on quality enrollments. In this position, you will be responsible for hiring and training student employees, answering the SCAD admission phone line and email to provide guidance to prospective students and families, and maintain current and accurate enrollment materials.
As the admission operations manager, you will distribute admission materials to all SCAD facilities, work with the physical resources coordinator to schedule events and facility usage, work with the events and conferencing department to identify events to promote, and perform research on daily events to develop new strategies. Additionally, in this role you will be responsible for participating in promotional activities leading up to events, participating in special events as needed, cataloging and ordering office supplies, updating office materials, and managing the front desk. Other duties may be assigned at any time.

Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other work days and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience managing students/entry-level staff
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently
- Experience with logistics, staffing, and the coordination of schedules and/or events

- Driver’s license
Travel required:
- Less than 10%
