As coordinator of academic services, you will work closely with the SVP, AVP, and senior academic leaders to maintain the office’s high professional standards and quality. The coordinator for academic services is expected to prepare, gather, and relay confidential information and act as the primary liaison between leaders throughout the university. Responsibilities include proofreading and editing all documents and reports, conducting research and compiling reports, and attending meetings as required to take notes and minutes.
As the coordinator, you will maintain the SVP and AVP’s calendars, organize meetings, set up travel arrangements/accommodations, and serve as the primary point of contact for the academic services department. In this role, you will organize and coordinate communications and information to faculty, coordinate the annual leadership retreat and the timely submission of faculty performances, and ensure the timely completion of position requests in PageUp. You will attend special events as requested and participate in professional development activities. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of the university's priorities, policies and procedures, protocols, and personnel.
Minimum Qualifications:
Travel Required: Less than 10%
Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other work days and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience related to confidentiality matters and strong written/verbal communication skills
- A high level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
