The human resources assistant is responsible for handling common office work such as answering and directing phone calls and emails, processing and sorting mail, managing files, and managing calendars. The assistant will greet and direct visitors, ensuring they are received with hospitality. Additionally, the HR assistant will schedule transportation and travel accommodations for recruitment when necessary and will assist with various project tasks.
Minimum Qualifications:
Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.

Minimum Qualifications:
- One to three years of related experience
- Ability to provide high-level professional customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite software
