Assistant Director of Admission

As an assistant director of admission, you will support SCAD’s recruitment and enrollment initiatives in South Korea by developing ongoing professional relationships and offering admission counseling to the highest quality prospects. Among other duties, you will keep accurate and thorough recruitment records, facilitate the college search process for prospective students, and increase positive awareness of SCAD within the assigned region. Effective and extensive travel is required in this role, including school-specific events, information sessions and workshops, one-on-one appointments, and targeted college fairs and conferences.

The successful candidate must be a spectacular written and verbal communicator with equally exceptional interpersonal skills. The ability to deliver dazzling presentations is a must, and the candidate should also thrive as an organized independent contributor. Experience with Banner and Microsoft Office software is preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to travel extensively

Work Hours:The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. In order to accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
