Enrollment Events Manager

12 Month Salaried Staff FT

As an enrollment events manager, you will develop, coordinate, and execute SCAD Days and Spotlight Days in Savannah, and you will be responsible for communicating with all prospective participants and parents regarding these events. In addition, you will handle the event components surrounding SCAD Pre-College Summer Programs, Accepted Student Celebration, Scholastic Art and Writing Awards, SCAD Challenge, and other specialized admission events. Attendance at major events is required. You will also support student leadership by attending meetings, assisting with the planning of LEAD Conference, and assisting with student leadership interviews. This position will have other admission-related responsibilities that may include digital recruitment through Live Agent shifts and virtual information sessions, daily admission tour assistance, and domestic and global recruitment travel.

The successful candidate is an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and is supremely organized. The candidate can travel to all SCAD locations and participate in evening and weekend work as needed.

Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree required• Minimum of one year event experience recommended• Excellent communication skills: writing and public speaking• Ability to travel to all SCAD locations as needed• Must have a valid driver's license• Must be able to participate in evening and weekend work as needed

Certificates, licenses and registrations: valid license

Work Hours:The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. In order to accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other work days and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
