The Research Assistant will help support the day to day activities for individual pilot studies that are part of a large initiative to reduce cardiovascular risk in vulnerable populations.

The RA will assist with the preparation of regulatory documents; assist with testing the Way to Health study platform; troubleshoot participant issues and respond to inquiries via phone, email and text message; assist with recruitment, consent, enrollment, and eligibility confirmation in the Way to Health platform; participate in study team meetings and communicate issues and/or areas of improvement to the project manager and investigators as needed.
