Bryan Bryson, an Assistant Professor of Biological Engineering at MIT, considers what he can do during his workday to help students envision academic STEM careers. While systemic problems of K-12 science education are insurmountable for the average tenure-track professor, Dr. Bryson recognizes that he can help the students he has.
